Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Stonewick Creations. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 4-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during the holiday season or after a major product launch), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rate & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges vary based on weight and destination.  Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak seasons.

 

Domestic & International Solutions
Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories. 
International Shipping: Stonewick Creations currently ships to select international locations.  Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Stonewick Creations is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

 

Service Interruptions
Stonewick Creations is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions. Carrier strikes or local service disruptions.  Governmental actions or customs delays for international orders.  Incorrect address information provided by the customer at checkout.

 

Damages & Issues
Stonewick Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Returns Policy
There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
